Group Classes

Our classes are purposefully kept small (to a maximum of 10) so that we can provide the best quality of classes to our participants, with individual feedback during each class.

On signing up we encourage completing a one-to-one induction with our Chartered Physiotherapist. This allows us to discuss your individual aims and any previous Pilates experience. Our aim is to help everybody in our class get the most from Pilates, as we look to achieve your goals and work towards progressing the exercises further.

As part of our classes we complete a warm up and cool down. Working on flexibility by stretching the muscles that we have worked on during the mat work section of the class.

The main section of the class is our mat work exercises, depending on your ability we will work through the different levels of the Pilates exercises to improve core stability.

Within the Pilates class we work on posture by setting the key principles alongside breathing control. This improves our postural awareness that we can then take forwards into our day to day life.

Our classes run in blocks of 6 weeks. On enquiry we will keep you updated on the start date for the next term of Pilates.
