Reduced flexibility presents itself as muscle tightness as a result of prolonged postures during our day to day lives. By improving our flexibility we are able to strengthen through a greater range of movement.
General aches and pains can be contributed to muscles overworking as a result of fatigue and weakness. A stronger postural core helps to improve this by building a group of muscles able to support activities during the day.
